Make sure you have the latest software drivers (PowerMate, iMate
and g/g4Port). You can check for the latest version in Software.
If you do install new software, don’t forget to glance through
any new Read-Me file. It’s the best place for Griffin to tell
you what’s new and improved.
2 Select
your Griffin product on the left side of this web page and read
through our most commonly asked questions about your particular
product. When you see a question that relates to your question,
click on it and read through our solution. Look carefully –
most of the time your solution is right there in front of you.
